Once the Authenticator App is installed, open it on your device.

In the AAI@EduHr account settings, locate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or 2-Step Verification option.

Choose the option to set up 2FA and select the Authenticator App as your preferred method.

Scan the QR code displayed on your AAI@EduHr account using the Authenticator App. This step will link the app to your AAI@EduHr account.

The Authenticator App will generate a time-based one-time password (TOTP) for your AAI@EduHr account. Enter this code into the designated field on the AAI@EduHr website to verify the setup.

Once the verification is successful, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled for your AAI@EduHr account.

From this point onward, whenever you log in to your AAI@EduHr account, you'll need to enter both your password and the temporary code generated by the Authenticator App to enhance the security of your account.
